We encourage Family Success Centers to make use of our lending library. Requests to borrow materials should be sent to Jamesa Berry via:

• Please provide the item number(s) and title(s).
• Borrowing limit of 5 items at any time
• 2 week time limit, requests to extend time may be granted on a case by case basis.
• Items will either be mailed to your Family Success Center or delivered by your regional coordinator.
• All items are to be returned to your Regional Coordinator. Lost or damaged items must be replaced.
• Families must request materials through their Family Success Center
